Foundation and Practitioner certifications are backed by a published syllabus. Each one sets out the 17 topics covered, what candidates are expected to demonstrate in each, and the exam format, so there are no surprises on exam day.
The Foundation exam assesses knowledge and understanding of the Strategic Value Streams body of knowledge across 68 questions in 60 minutes.
The Practitioner exam moves from knowing to applying, with 102 scenario-based questions in 90 minutes that ask you to diagnose structural problems, weigh competing courses of action and judge the reasoning behind decisions.
