What Fellow Status Represents
Fellow status recognises sustained professional contribution and advanced capability within enterprise value stream operating model design.
It reflects not only technical mastery, but demonstrated leadership, structural judgement and contribution to the advancement of the Strategic Value Streams Body of Knowledge.
Fellowship is not awarded solely through examination. It is conferred through structured assessment of experience, applied work and professional standing.
Assessed Against the Strategic Value Streams Body of Knowledge
All Strategic Value Streams certifications are governed by and assessed against the Strategic Value Streams Body of Knowledge.
The Body of Knowledge defines the scope, principles, structural constructs and governance disciplines that underpin enterprise value stream operating models. Examination content and assessment criteria are derived from this standard.

Examination
Format: Multiple choice scenario-based, including both single best answer and multi-response
Delivery: Online remote proctored
Conditions: Closed book
Duration: 90 mins
Questions: 75
Pass mark: 75% [57 or more correct]
Result: Immediate result
Panel
Fellowship recognises both competence and contribution. It is awarded following review of evidence and professional judgement by the Fellowship panel.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
Hold Practitioner certification
Demonstrate professional experience in enterprise transformation or operating model design
Provide evidence of applied work aligned to Strategic Value Streams principles
Submit a structured professional statement
Attend a peer review panel (online or in-person as available)
Agree to uphold professional conduct standards
Professional Responsibility
Fellows are expected to contribute to the development of the Strategic Value Streams discipline through discussion, refinement of concepts, examination contribution or thought leadership.
Fellow status carries responsibility as well as recognition.

Fellowship Validity and Renewal
Fellow status extends active certification validity by 36 months from the date of award.
Fellowship represents the most advanced credential within the Strategic Value Streams framework and governs overall certification standing.
If Fellowship expires and is not renewed, active certification status lapses. Renewal requirements may include evidence of continued professional contribution.
Upon expiry, the digital Fellow badge and certificate are revoked.
This lifecycle ensures that Fellowship reflects sustained engagement and professional contribution.
